Let me take you back to the end of May! When we captured Bita and Tom’s elegant black tie wedding at the Orangery in Maidstone. It was our first time capturing at the Orangery. We were amazed by the vast space of their beautifully landscaped gardens. Surrounding a tranquil lake with a tumbling waterfall. When it came to the bride and groom portrait photos we were absolutely spoilt with so many beautiful backdrops.
Bita and Thomas chose to get married outdoors at the magical Lapa. It’s nestled in the woodland and has magnificent views across the lake to the boathouse. We loved the choice of classic white and green florals. They perfectly matched the Orangeries white roses that were blooming at the same time.
The whole look of the bridal and grooms party screamed – timeless elegance. The black fitted dressed and black tie for the groomsmen.
It rained on the wedding day, which means good luck! Luckily, it was just spitting and made the ceremony even more romantic. The day was filled with love, lots of fun and an evening surprise for everyone – fireworks!
